Low Stakes is an events training program at NSS. A team of young people aged 16-21 will participate in a 5-week course, learning the skills needed for a variety of roles in the music events industry. Participants can choose from three streams to focus on; event management, marketing or technical production. They will then get to practise and develop these skills through planning and running 2 ‘low stakes’ all-ages gigs at Northern Sound System, with future opportunities to volunteer at other NSS events.
