Holiday Bands is an opportunity for young music enthusiasts aged 13-17 to join a band with like-minded creatives in their local area. The program runs for one week every school holidays and is open to all styles and instruments but focusing on a typical band setup (drums, guitars, bass, keys, vocals) and original song writing.

During the week participants will:

• Join a band

• Write original music

• Participate in workshops

• Record in a studio with a professional engineer

• Have a professional photoshoot

• Watch live performances at lunchtime gigs

• Perform in their own gig on the final night!

Come along to the end of program mini festival at the GOV to watch the bands from NSS, CARCLEW, BASE 10 and Charles Sturt tear it up on stage! Thurs 1st October, Doors 6pm, FREE and All Ages!
